Thus, according to Article 13 of Legislative Decree n\u00b0 196\/2003 (formerly Art. 10 law 675\/1996) of the aforementioned law, we provide you with the following information: The data you spontaneously provided shall be processed, within the limits of the privacy legislation, for the following purposes: storage of customer data for any notices and contacts.<\/p>\n

The provision of data relating to name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address is required in order to offer you the services you request, and any refusal to provide such data could lead to lack of or partial carrying out of the service provided by the Pompe Zanni.<\/p>\n

The provision of data relating to telephone numbers and e-mail addresses is aimed at allowing the Pompe Zanni to inform you and update you about its operations and the services that our customers are entitled to.<\/p>\n

Personal data will not be used to send advertising materials, promotions and the like, without the prior express consent of the owner of the data for such purposes.<\/p>\n

We hereby inform you that the personal data which disclose racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership to political parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data disclosing the condition of health and sex life, those relating to health is sensitive information. These data, together
\nwith judicial data, given spontaneously by you, will not be processed without prior express written consent.<\/p>\n

The data controller is the Pompe Zanni at the Via G.Reni, 5 – 42048 Rubiera (RE).<\/p>\n

The data processing takes place at the above mentioned premises and is handled by the staff in charge thereof.<\/p>\n
